What is "GIFTS" in Will

Within your Will, you can make a donation to charity, and you can also gift money and personal possessions to friends and family.
These are known as "Gifts" in your Will.

You can donate money to charity, money and gifts to friends and family, and if it applies stocks and shares too.
We do not offer the ability to gift life insurance policies as these are governed by their own terms and conditions as defined in the policy paperwork.
Any property that you own as tenants in common or as a sole proprietor will be included in your residuary estate.

Do you wish to leave all your estate to your spouse/partner?

If your spouse/partner dies before you, or at the same time as you, do you want your estate to go solely to your children?

About Executors

Executors are the people who will be responsible for managing your estate after you die.

You can choose family or friends who you trust to be your executors.

Legalised Wills can also appoint executors or co-executors on your behalf  if required to act as independent agents and familiar with the probate process and used to dealing with court and tax authorities, and will also absorb legal liabilities.
